    The North Texas workforce development area at least annually reviews the list of target occupations in the area.   Labor market information that is produced by the Texas Workforce Commission in Austin is combined with local knowledge of employers who are hiring individuals with specific skills and training.
    The list is developed to serve as a guide to place eligible individuals into training which will most likely enable them to get a job in the area.   Many of the occupation listed also are in demand in other areas.
